  1. Kudo’s to the the Wolfpack Technies.
    I recently brought my laptop in not realizing it was close to the end of the semester. The team Guy Wagner, Kaylena Birmingham, and Manager Lana McCarthy were great. They were able to clean up my laptop and update my system with Windows 10. Not only did they all do an excellent job, they took a lot of time to explain what they did and answered all of my questions.

    What a great resource. Thank you~

This was a note in regard to a Jan 9, 2018 Wolfpack Techies office/service center visit to get my college Outlook e-mail connection restored on my personal laptop, which I use a lot working from home on my classes and student communication. This is a great service to all of us at Madison College. I’ve heard good things from others about this kind of assistance as well. Please keep it up!


    A big thank you to Javier Flores for his patient and highly competent help, even before your office opened (I got there before 8).

    I’ve been struggling with this problem since before Christmas and Javier fixed it right away (got me back into my Madison College Outlook e-mail connection from my home in less than half an hour…that’s where I’m writing from right now. IT WORKS!!!).

    Again, many thanks to everyone who responded to me by phone, e-mail and, especially Javier’s face-to-face help this morning.
